Refund and Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items purchased within 30 days of the order shipment date.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Final sale items and items on sale at 50% off or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• All sales on clapper fans are final. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not accepted for these items.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times among financial institutions.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
• International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please note that we do not provide return labels.
